The Yoga Shed is a nurturing yoga space where you can tend to your roots and unfurl into the being you must become. A place to remember what you need now to flourish. Cultivate your soil, add water, remove your weeds, turn yourself towards the light. Maybe you need some support to keep you upright or a safe space to protect you from pests. You are beautiful and the world needs you more than you know. Your purpose is huge! 

Using a trauma-sensitive intuitive approach, therapeutic yoga at The Yoga Shed uses the intelligence of the body to help you thrive, not just survive. You’ll refine the art of listening to the growth impulses guiding you to reach out with fresh shoots. Your body organism is always guiding you towards optimal health but maybe you have forgotten its language, your life is too noisy to hear it or you have your fingers in your ears. Reconnect to the natural whisperings of your bodymind and experience the unique flowering that is your birth right. 

Yoga therapy will re-sensitise you to how you inhabit your body and understand the workings of your mind. Through coordinating breath and movement, edging, guided meditation and personalised yoga techniques you can meet your mindbody with renewed respect and compassion.
