Reinforce your core inside and out. Build up your core muscles front, sides, pelvis and back body supported by powerful breathing and focused awareness. On the inside, reassess your digestive health (the corner stone to health) and discover practical tools to support this system on a daily basis.
Find balance between too tight and too loose - blocks and weaknesses here can lead to anger and low self-esteem, while excess can make us judgemental and overly controlling. We want a core that functions like a tree’s trunk; rooted during the worst storms but able to flex with the changing seasons of life.
