Classes at The Yoga Shed have a maximum of 6 so you’ll receive plenty of attention and individual instruction. There are many props to ensure you are challenged but comfortable. The idea is to move out of your comfort zone whilst having as much fun as possible! This is how sustainable change occurs :)

Each 60min session includes: a welcome tea and chat; group share; poses modified to weekly theme/your level; physical challenges including flexibility, strength, balance and mindfulness; a mindfulness component; 10mins of guided relaxation; time to reflect.
