Yoga Therapy is a yogic approach which is about you, your relationship with your self and others, how to navigate life, find more ease and flow, become sensitive to held patterns and limiting beliefs, to enter through the door of the physical body to the resources, wisdom and treasure chest of information you hold inside, to create lasting change, healing and more joy in your life. Its about empowering YOU in developing your physical, mental and emotional health.

What to expect?

Yoga therapy at The Yoga Shed offers a collaborative yoga experience in which we co-create the sessions around your present-centred needs. We will discuss yoga philosophy which you are invited to apply to your daily life between sessions.

Pricing?

£50 per hour or when buying block of 6 classes, or £55 drop-in.
